Plain terms for a plain site. If you use it, buy a guide or book a session, these apply.

Not medical advice
I am not a doctor, and nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The guides, the calculator, the sessions and everything else here are educational. They describe published research and my own experience. Your health decisions are yours, and you should make them with a qualified health professional who knows you.
Where compounds are discussed, they are discussed as subjects of research. Nothing here is a claim that any product treats, cures or prevents any condition, and nothing here is an instruction to use one. Products linked from this site are sold by their own merchants under their own terms and legal requirements.
Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older to buy a guide or book a session.
Guides
- Each guide is a digital file delivered after payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
- A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and keep the guide. It is yours for as long as you want it.
- You may not copy, share, resell or publish a guide, in whole or in part.
- Download links expire, but your access does not: you can re-issue links at any time from thefind your purchase page using your PayPal reference.
- Guides are updated from time to time. Updates are not promised, but when they happen, re-issued links give you the current version.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. By paying you agree to PayPal’s terms as well as these. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the one you pay.
Refunds
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a guide is faulty, not as described or not delivered, contact me and it will be fixed, replaced or refunded. Because a guide is a digital file that cannot be returned, refunds for a change of mind are not offered once it has been downloaded.
Sessions
- A session is an hour of conversation about your health and the research, and a personalised plan written up afterwards. It is not a medical consultation.
- Bookings and payment are handled through Calendly. Reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation email, ideally with at least a day’s notice.
- If I have to cancel, you can rebook or have the session refunded in full.
The calculator
The calculator does arithmetic on the figures you enter and nothing else. It does not suggest amounts, it does not know what is in your vial, and you are responsible for checking every figure.
Affiliate links
Some links earn a commission, and some products come from a brand I co-own. Every product shows its relationship, and the affiliate disclosure explains how it works.
Content and copyright
The text, guides, images and design of this site belong to DrhorseJuice unless stated otherwise. You may link to pages freely. You may not reproduce content without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DrhorseJuice is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or its content, including decisions you make about your own health. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the guide or service, or refunding what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
