Privacy Policy
I collect as little as I can, I don’t sell it, and this page says exactly what happens to it.
Last updated 25 October 2026.
Who this covers
This site is run by DrhorseJuice, an Australian business. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use drhorsejuice.com, buy a guide, book a session or send an enquiry. It is written to meet the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What is collected
- Guide purchases. Payment is taken by PayPal, which collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. PayPal passes back your name, email address and an order reference so the guide can be delivered and the purchase found again if you lose the link.
- Enquiries. The speaking and podcast form sends your name, email address and whatever you write to DrhorseJuice by email so a reply can be sent.
- Session bookings. Bookings are made through Calendly, which collects your name, email address and the time you choose under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
The calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to the site.
Why it is used
- To deliver what you have bought and let you download it again.
- To reply to enquiries and run sessions you have booked.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Your details are not sold, and you are not added to a mailing list unless you ask to be.
Who it is shared with
Only with the services needed to run the site, and only for the purposes above:
- PayPal, for payments.
- Calendly, for session bookings.
- Resend, which delivers enquiry emails.
- Vercel, which hosts the site.
These providers operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be stored outside Australia. Each is bound by its own privacy policy and contractual obligations to protect it.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are switched on in future, this page will say so and name the provider.
How long it is kept
Purchase records are kept for as long as needed to re-deliver your guides and to meet Australian tax and record-keeping obligations. Enquiry emails are kept until the conversation has finished and are then deleted.
Security
Payment details never touch this site. Download links are signed and expire, and the guide files are not publicly accessible. No method of transfer or storage is perfectly secure, so no absolute guarantee can be given.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or make a complaint. Use the contact page. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
This policy will be updated when anything above changes, and the date at the top will move with it.
